Podcasting goes mainstream say Edison Research
This week saw the release of the latest Infinite dial report from Edison Research and it contained some great news for podcasters. In 2016 the podcast listenership rose by 24% year on year, with 21% of the population saying they listened to a podcast. Satchel Player App Helps Discovery & Monetization
This week on the Podcast Power Marketing podcast, we spoke to Beau York, founder of Satchel about how their app could help podcasters get their show found more easily, even locally, and explored Satchel’s in app donation feature that helps podcast listeners support their favourite shows financially from right inside the Satchel app. Check out the full episode here
Podcasting For Content Marketers Event May 4th, London
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be running a podcasting event for content marketers at Google Campus, London on May 4th. In addition to presenting the latest industry data on podcasting, and the opportunities it offers content marketers, we’ve also got an amazing panel of guests that will be discussing their experiences and insights into the benefits of podcasting.
